Make slices ¾ of the way down the onion (do not cut all the way through the onion, them turn the onion and make a series of cuts at right angles to the first cuts so that you have created a series of “squares”. Inside the cuts put approx 2 tsp of chopped garlic (bottled garlic is quick, easy and perfect for this dish), chop up fresh Rosemary and stuff into cuts. drizzle Winterhill Garlic Olive Oil over entire onion. Wrap onion in foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approx 1.5 hours. Unwrap and enjoy!!!
