To use less butter and include more of the health benefits of olive oil, this is delicious & healthy.
1 1/4 Cup Butter, room temp
3/4 Cup Winterhill Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Beat butter in food processor or mixer until soft. Gradually add the olive oil. When it is completely blended it will be pourable. Pour into containers, cover and store in fridge. It will harden as it cools. Use as you would butter. Winterhill Extra Virgin (Mission Olive) Oil is a soft palate oil that will not overwhelm the butter.
