Steve had always made his famous Chimichuri Sauce with regular extra-virgin olive oils, UNTIL he tried it with Winterhills Garlic Olive Oil. He offered it to his wife without letting her know he had made a change and she could not believe how even more delicious it was, she wanted to know what he had done differently. 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 Bunch Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
1 ½ - 2 Cups Soy Sauce
Winterhill Garlic Olive Oil
Dried Red Chile Flakes to taste
Combine: Herbs, chile flakes, and soy sauce in a food processor. Slowly add the garlic olive oil. Process until you have a smooth sauce. Marinate chicken, fish or pork, then grill.
